However, our Heroes are here to save the day by providing you with some easy steps to switch broadband providers so you can receive Gigabit speeds and a flawless connection.

Check your Availability

Firstly, use our postcode checker below to find out if our Heroes have landed in your area.

If we are building in your town, you can sign up for updates and we’ll tell you the day your home is ready to get connected. Or you can check out our partners and sign up directly with them.

Are we not quite there yet? Not a problem! Just let your current contract move onto rolling if possible and register for updates with us so we can tell you when your home is ready.

Check your contract

Broadband contracts can last for years, so you may not even remember all the terms and conditions of it all.

If you aren’t within the contract’s minimum terms, then you’re free to switch broadband providers! If you are, you’ll still be able to change your provider, however there could be a cancellation fee (this is why you need a hero). It’s always worth checking your t’s & c’s to see if there is a way to get out of paying.

The good news is that some of our partners offer up to 12 months free if you make the switch! So you can enjoy ultrafast full fibre broadband now without being out of pocket – what Heroes!

Decide the best package for you

Once you’ve completed steps 1 & 2 it’s time to get your cape at the ready. Check out our partnered internet providers to see what deals/packages they have on offer. You can sign up with them directly and they will help you find the perfect package for your online needs.

Are you a super streamer? Do you need to download large files at lightning speeds? Or perhaps you just want to enjoy video calls with loved ones in HD? Our heroes have got your back!

Still can’t decide. Don’t fret, just register your details with us and our heroes can match you to your perfect partner, the robin to your batman, the hammer to your Thor, or the Lois to your Clarke. Who needs dating apps hey when we can guarantee a strong connection… for your broadband of course.

Do you need to contact your current provider?

Nope! Your new provider will do all the running around for you and arrange the entire switch over.
You’ll be sent notification letters from both your old and new providers to confirm the date of transfer.
However, if you’re switching from a provider with their own network, such as Virgin media, you will need to contact them to cancel.

Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Fibre Heroes (FH) as part of FullFibre Ltd..

Eligibility to Enter

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
4. In entering the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6.The prize draw is free to enter.
7.Members of FH staff are unable to enter this competition.
8.The winner must be opted in at the time of the draw.

How to Enter

9. The prize draw will include any user who registers through our website between the start of Monday 24th January 2022 and the end of Thursday 30th June 2022.
10. ‘Registering’ through our website includes filling out your postcode, selecting your address, choosing a package if available to do so and then completing the contact form.
11.FH will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The Prize

12. The prize will be one Apple iPad Mini (2021) 64 GB, 8.3 inch tablet.
13. The use of such brands does not imply a partnership, endorsement or affiliation between the brand and FH.
14.The winner will be drawn at random.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
16. FH reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
17. The decision of FH regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

18. The winner will be notified by Friday 29th July 2022 end of day.
19. We will contact the winner via email through contact details provided during entry.
20. The winner has 7 days to respond to our attempts of contact. If they do not respond within the 7 days, they lose their right to the prize and FH reserve the right to select and notify a new winner.
21. We will arrange delivery of the prize to the winners address.

Receipt of the Prize

22. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection. Delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and publicity

23. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by FH for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
24. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at enquiries@fullfibre.co
25. By entering, the winner agrees to the release of their first name and town name to any other prize draw participants if requested.
26. An announcement of the winners first name and town name will be made via FH website and FH social media platforms.
27. All personal information will be used inline with our existing privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

28. FH does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. FH does not accept liability for death or personal injury as a result of personal actions taken.
29. FH does not provide IT support nor practical support for the prize. On receipt, all responsibilities in terms of warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

30. FH reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
31. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any dispute will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Instead, Full Fibre is putting in place a network which would enable those ISPs which sign up to using that network to offer their own customers prices in the ranges illustrated. These prices (which would include free standard installation and VAT) are indicative only and whether they will be available to you depends on the following factors:-

  • Has your ISP signed up to using Full Fibre’s network?
  • Is your ISP offering these prices? Which prices are offered to end-users ultimately depend on the ISP concerned and Full Fibre does not control this decision or impose prices.
  • Has the Full Fibre network gone live in your area?
  • Are there any technical or other issues affecting your access to the Full Fibre network?
  • Would you be a new fibre connection with the ISP? The indicative prices are not aimed at an ISP’s existing customers.
